Lovely, clam and the location cannot be beat. Beautiful stay.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good and parking was great The room was a tad outdated, the bed extremely firm and the bay view, though pleasant is interrupted by the busy road and a so so balcony.

Nice view of the bay. Good location to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast hit the spot. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and the staff is amazing, especially Raj at the front desk. Breakfast and access to filtered water are convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel is dated and not very clean. Rooms have a musty smell from carpets. Raj at the front desk is amazing and makes every effort to make your stay comfortable.

What I liked: friendly staff, good breakfast offerings, great location. What could better: the room was comfortable but dark and could use a deeper cleaning. Carpet looks old. And the outside area of the room could be spruced up - artificial grass and dusty corridor. Maybe some new plants and some nice pictures on the wall could help.

The Hotel was fine, no concerns with cleanliness and amenities, however, my concern is with the Hotel Staff and Expedia itself. I made the booking through Expedia and was able to make modifications to the reservation two days prior to my stay, which is what I tried to do. I was required to shorten my stay by one day, and when I contacted Expedia, they told me that I would have to cancel my reservation and rebook. I couldnt do this as there were no other rooms available. They told me to contact the hotel directly to make the change, which I did, and they told me I had to go through Expedia. After many calls to both the Hotel and Expedia, I am still trying to get a refund for the last night that I didnt use. What I learned is that I will not use Expedia in the future to book hotels. They "sluffed off" their responsibility to help me out as a customer and wasted a lot of my time. I am very disappointed in how they handled my request.

This hotel is very conveniently located to many restaurants-even within walking distance. In fact we walked the whole area and found everything we needed including the museum giving us history about Coronado Island. They had parking for all of the guests that was included. This was a nice benefit since parking can be hard to find!

The overall experience was positive, the building was an older building, the electrical oulets could use some updating, if they would add additional outlets and replace some of the ones that would not hold a plug that would be helpful. I did not eat breakfast but the choices looked appetizing, I am a bit of a coffee snob and I would have to say that they had really good coffee :-) The staff was nice ,everyone would speak and if you needed something they would make sure your request was fullfilled. Overall I would recommend this as a good place to lodge.

Well, there was a surprise extra fee at check in for “incidentals” not refundable. Resort fee clearly included parking which we did not use. Chairs for the beach were old and rusty. Breakfast was okay. We had to change rooms late at night due to ants. There was no refund given for that but they did take the incidental and resort fees off. Both rooms were dated, dusty in corners and behind the beds, furniture was chipped and they were carpeted. You could see the sun shining through doors. Grounds were nice and most of the staff, especially in the breakfast room, were very nice. And it was quiet and near the beach. I won’t stay again unless they update their rooms.

Central to everything in Coronado especially the Del. The breakfast is a real plus. The bed springs were noisy.

Great place to stay and very close to the beach.

The property is so beautiful. Old (in the best way) and well maintained. Just charming! The location is exceptional. Within easy walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops and of course the beach! The pool is clean and refreshing after a day of exploring the island. There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast items were excellent. I highly recommend staying!!
-
We loved staying here! We just didn’t like that workers were fixing something with a drill at 8:30am. They should wait until after breakfast hours.
-
Carpet was very dirty with stains. Didn’t look anything like the pictures online and was very expensive.

This property was amazing!!! Everything was clean and the breakfast actually tasted great! I will definitely stay here again.
