Hotel Marisol Coronado

Hotel staff were great. Very responsive and helpful. Great location - walkable to all major attractions in Coronado. The size of the bathroom was a little small.

I liked the location and Miah the receptionist was attentive and helpful. Room needed more bathroom sink storage. I’d love for Each room to have a comfy chair

This is our favorite hotel. We get to Coronado twice a year, and consistently stay at the Marisol. The location is ideal, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is perfect (for us, anyways) and the rooms are quaint but upscale. We love everything about the Marisol. That we had to return to Oklahoma City. :)

The Marisol was a fantastic choice for my weekend stay! It’s right in the middle of everything and has the most helpful, kind staff. Their daily breakfast got my day started and the comfy bed shuttled me right into La-la land. The Marisol is a must stay when on Coronado Island.

Loved staying at this property. Conveniently located, beautiful property, enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs, freshly baked cookies, continental breakfast on the patio and the Friday night happy hour. The room is small but everything else made up for the room size. Looking forward to staying there for our next visit.

I will 100% stay here again. Love the boutique hotel, super clean, free wine and charcuterie on fridays. A short walk to the beach please the free beach rentals were amazing.

Such a comfortable stay -- all the details have been thought through. Lovely touches - comfy bathrobe and linens, afternoon cookies, beach chairs to borrow, tasty breakfast, relaxing patio.

Our stay was exceptional. There is a small bistro on the corner we frequented. It was near to our wedding venue and the continental breakfast was excellent!!!!

Bikes and beach chairs are available without charge. The breakfast is good (not a restaurant) with a few things to choose from. Each day they place out fresh cookies. It’s a lovely place to unwind and the ocean is just a short walk away. Microwaves in the rooms would be nice.

Hotel Marisol Coronado is a really excellent boutique hotel with a fantastic location. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. There is also a self-service laundromat right around the corner, which was especially convenient during our five-night stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast each morning. One of the things we especially appreciated was the complimentary use of bicycles. The hotel also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels that guests can take to the beach, which was incredibly convenient and made our beach days even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marisol Coronado and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a charming boutique hotel in a great location.

Wonderful property. Parking long term is a little tricky. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good and we loved having access to bikes to ride around. Didn’t care for carpeting in the rooms. At breakfast there wasn’t any non dairy creamer/milk options for coffee. Many people including myself have dairy allergies.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the middle of everything on Coronado. Clayton’s just across the street, the Hotel Del not more than 5 minutes. Endless amounts of restaurants are within walking distance. The room was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They had a continental breakfast each day which was convenient. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and more to use for your day at the beach.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful, and the hotel offered convenient amenities like bicycles, umbrellas, beach chairs, and totes. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel also offers a small cold breakfast offering of baked goods, parfaits, coffee, tea, and some juice. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. Its historic character shines through its remodel and is within a block of the beach. I’d recommend to anyone. The only downsides are: - The size of the rooms. The rooms are incredibly small and have very little space. If you have a lot (or large) luggage pieces, you may feel a bit cramped. - In-room privacy. The room we stayed in had a sliding glass barn door style door (not a pocket door that seals well). If you’re not comfortable with your partner or roommate, you might have a hard time using the restroom or taking a shower. The door is see through (though it has privacy glass). - In-room air conditioning. The room does have air conditioning, but our air conditioner was a bit damaged and didn’t swing or change fan settings. Thankfully it did turn on and off. Even still, it’s a beautiful, quaint hotel and an enjoyable place to stay.

great boutique choice with a very good, healthy, classy complimentary breakfast. and the additional complimentary perks of bikes, beach chairs, and water were fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marisol, great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay there again!
