Location was great!

It appears upgrades are being made. However, the room furnishings are old. The breakfast items were subpar. In addition, there were 2 vehicles in the parking lot that seemed to be abandoned. They were covered in dust with flat tires. We checked out a day early. Still awaiting verification on charges

Easy access to most things.

My room was clean when I arrive, but each time I leave in the morning and come back there was no room service. We had to go downstairs following morning to get towels. I had no room service while I was there, not until the day before we left which was that Monday, October 12 and that was because I had to call and ask what was going on How come I wasn’t getting any room service? And this hotel does have roaches every morning. We will wake up to roaches in the tub or in the facing bowl. They come out at dark and we will see them every morning. The staff was quiet. The only thing we got to drink for breakfast was coffee there was refrigerator there but no bottled juice. The juice machine was out of order doing our stay. And if you’re wondering if we ask for another room, no we didn’t ask for another room because if you see a few in one room, I’m sure their roaches all around the place. So no I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at that hotel in Bartlett…. Stay at your own risk.

This property was very clean. The rooms were very comfortable and up-to-date. The staff were helpful and breakfast was just what one expects for a free continental breakfast. Would definitely return.

close proximity to everything I did not getting connecting rooms even though my kods are all under 5 years old and I was not accommodated or given a discount when they had to give me a room that the door was broke due to those being the only rooms available that were across from each other

Rooms were clean, the hotel was nice and convenient to the highway.

I liked the breakfast buffet in the morning. It was close to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. Needed more food places around. The room smelled of dog urine, maybe use a hard wood instead of carpet for pet rooms.

The location, price for the room, free parking and breakfast included were great! I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I never received a invoice for my stay

The one hotel on my cross country trip (Los Angeles to Boston) that I saw a bug. They had biscuits and gravy at breakfast, but the gravy was cold. I only had 2 yogurts. That wasn't good, I heard other patrons complaining about it.

Location was central, rooms were nice and clean. Could use an update to public areas. Exterior needed maintenance.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Some decor was outdated. Lot of remodeling going on (understandable) Worse thing: roaches on our room

Friendly Staff. Easy to get to from I40. The shower curtain rod needs to be fixed.

The outside of the hotel could definitely use a lot of upkeep and renovations. It has totally been neglected. Our first night, the entire floor reeked of pot. The a/c would not work during the night and the wall thermostat didn’t work. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The bed and pillows were comfortable but will stay somewhere else next time.
