1 Hotel Nashville

Clean and neat!

Plan on bringing a light up Mirror if you plan on wearing makeup , the lighting is very dim keeping with their sustainability aesthetic Seating areas for relaxing outside your hotel room was very limited

The hotel provides transportation within a two-mile radius. If I'm remembering correctly, we didn't find that out till we were leaving; just a helpful tip to anyone who is planning on staying. Everything was very clean no noise at all when sleeping from the outside. Would definitely stay again.

Besutiful clean room

Hotel was OK. Staff was nice. For one night it was $1000 for a king alcove room - with view of A/C units. Small room with 'Open' concept = no wall or door to bathroom. Glass cubicle for toilet and shower. There was No cover on the goose down blanket. We only had mattress sheet - then the goose down which is NEVER cleaned. I was too tired after concert to deal with it. For the price it is absolutely not worth it - will seek other hotel in Nashville next trip.

The food and food service was not good at all. Part of the reason we pay to stay at hotel like this is for the full circle experience, which was not there. Room was good and property is beautiful.

Excellent place. Although reception is too dark and needs a livelihood upgrade. Staff was excellent. EV charging facility was a plus.

This hotel is amazing! Filtered water in the room! The staff was very friendly....all of them. They thought of everything. Sad to leave there.

Great staff, vibe and an overall great atmosphere

Really not a 5 star hotel. Location is just middle of downtown no ambiance. Restaurant was poor service and limited menu. Room was just ok. Nothing special. Car Valet was always a long wait and charge was $70 to park. To add insult to injury they charged my check out bill $150 of restaurant charges that I never used. Would never stay there again. Not at all impressed.

This hotel is truly 1 of a kind ! The staff are amazing … friendly and helpful . The uniqueness of the hotel is great , it feels so low key and relaxing amongst the hustle of downtown Nashville . Everything was spectacular from top to bottom … we really couldn’t have had a better experience . A special shout out for making my wife feel extra special on her birthday with the surprise cake and Persecco . Top notch !

The room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Would like to suggest a type of nightlight for the bathroom, for those who do need a visit during the night! Mouthwash would be something else to provide. Enjoyed the tasting menu dinner at 1 kitchen and the rooftop bar/lounge, great city views

The location was perfect. Away from the crowd but walking distance from pretty much everything The only thing it’s missing is a pool
