Came here for my birthday on the Fourth of July and it was absolutely a dream! We got champagne delivered to our room on my birthday, the pool is amazing and staff goes out of their way to make it an excellent experience – will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location, facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. In room dining options were pretty eager. Food was dry and tasteless as well. Also had an experience with a staff member that was a bit uneasy. We called reception for some decaf coffee pods and water bottles. I was in the room with my family watching TV in the bedroom area when he opened the door without knocking and left everything in the living room area and walked out. By the time we realized what had happened he was gone. That was pretty shocking. but I do have to admit that the other staff members were all very courteous and helpful.

Took $2300 of my $ didn’t refund any got there showed my email confirmation and still wouldn’t t allow me or my family to stay said they were booked manager Zac never called back
