The location was great Private event on Saturday was not an issue as we were out all day but I’m sure if you weren’t then it would have been an issue Checking out was a problem as we had paid booking.com the full amount in advanced the hotel tried to charge us again and this took ages and lots of confusion before it was sorted

It was So quiet in our room!! The staff were kind and so accommodating! They even sent us a bottle of wine and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary!! I would highly recommend them and we will stay there next time we are in Nashville!! Takes a few times to learn the layout of the floor plan

En general los cuartos limpios , el staff muy amable. El parqueo y la locación muy bien para lo que estaba buscand. Lo único desagradable fue los baños que estaban con moho.

Location, beautiful old trainstation Hair in the shower. Reported to front desk in the morning, returned at night to find hair still there. Only after I complained again was the shower properly cleaned. Bed sheets wrinkled and creased, not sure if it was replaced after previous guests. Front desk Staff incompetent and very eager to take your money, even when you have an unresolved issue. Also, you have to pay ridiculous amounts for “valet” parking, but your car is parked a few meters away from you. Valet staff very helpful and friendly. Ordered the buffalo wings from the “Bar Car”, had so much garlic that it made my wife sick.

It’s so beautiful and the staff is so helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Some of the amenities weren’t available due to a wedding but the staff made up for it by giving us a later checkout.

We had another great stay at Union Station Nashville Yards. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and also has excellent service and amenities. It has been a few years since we have been to Nashville and were very impressed with the new recreation area on the bottom level. The pickle ball courts and outdoor bar are incredible. The staff was really fun and it had a great vibe. Room service is quick and the food is amazing. The hotel is a destination in itself. Thanks for another wonderful experience. We will be back.

The staff was super nice and friendly . They have a few bars and one restaurant. There are a few great restaurants with in close walking distant as well as coffee shops and close to downtown . A nice and unique stay . The rooms were spacious and clean .

Beautifully restored historic train station with outstanding rooms. The valet service was excellent, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Exceptional service from start to finish! NO

Location, patio room, live music, most importantly the staff! The bartender CG was phenomenal! The patio doors to our room did not lock.
