The Manager her service is unprofessional she treats customers especially black customers like trash , terrible customer service, house keepers makes alot of noise on the corridors in the morning without realizing some people work overnight shifts and need a rest in the morning , I would not recommend any one to stay longer maybe a night or two. We had to change the hotel because of terrible customer service.

Its a decent place to stay Room was clean

Nice hotel, but the amenities are very limited. Couldn't believe no ice machine or towel mat for when you get out the shower/tub. Nice hotel, very clean.

We enjoyed our stay the room was exceptionally clean very spacious. The lobby was always very clean and welcoming. It needs signage at the road it was a little bit hard to find it. It’s kind of tucked away. The lighting on one side of the parking lot could’ve been a little bit better the bulbs were out I think. Overall, it is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Room was clean, but no silverware in the room, even though they have a microwave, fridge. This is not a big deal, just want to mention this. If you provide a small kitchen niche, why not provide some plastic silverware in the room. The one thing what bothered me, I booked because of the low pet fee, but upon arrival, it was over 6 times the advertised price. They charged a none-refundable deposit for the pet. The description on hotels.com shows a pet deposit, but it does not state it is not refundable, what a scam. That nickel and diming is getting too much. I would come back, but since they do that, I will not stay there again. Location is great, we stayed there for the 5K run in Busch Gardens and the drive is not bad. Also, a lot of shopping and Walmart are nearby.

clean room, has an elevator, nonsmoking rooms, not that far from Yorktown where we planned to spend our day. nothing fancy (only one picture, no fancy bedspreads, no breakfast), but it fit the bill for a short stay (clean, good location, handicap access). It was behind a walgreens, not well marked with a sign, so we drove past it despite using GPS.

I liked the guy who helped me when I checked in. Very nice. Avoid at all costs. Aside from the one guy, staff is rude, zero housekeeping, you have to bring your towels down to the frontcdesk to exchange them for clean ones, much riff-raff that likes to pull the fire alarm at 2am or blare their music or have a very loud fight that included an unbelievable number of f-boms, upstairs neighbors stomped around in the middle of the night, didn't get the room layout I swear I booked, "fitness center" was a joke. And, there was NOTHING in the room that should've been in a weekly stay, like pots/pans, coffee pot, silverware, plates, not even a cup! And, here's the kicker...I bagged up my trash and set it by the door to make it easy on housekeeping. When I came back to my room that night, they had opened my door and pitched the trash into my room! Moral of the story: always check the Yelp reviews before booking.

James the maintenance guy took care of a toilet leak within 15 minutes of being notified. And he did it with a smile. That's what brings people back. James is a employee that needs to be taken care of. Room was clean ,luv the a/c with thermostat on wall. I will be back. I was visiting from Florida. GREAT STAY!!

Rooms were Spartan but nice. Would've been a fine place if not for the bed. The bed was broken and had a horrible night sleep.

Clean Toilet kept clogging for our entire stay. Neighbors were v were very loud.

Everything was perfect room hallways bathrooms always clean staff was very friendly the cleaning staff was even more respectful and great at doing their job the supervisors managers was great at their job it was great as letting me know the breakdown of everything

I've stayed here over 3 or 4 times. The hotel is a very nice hotel. My only problem is that they should put Customers on separate floors Without Dogs. Invest in New Linens or Invest in a different type Landry Detergent, because the Linen was dingy looking.
